Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra)

First chakra is located between anus and genitals (perineum). The element is earth. The colour is red. Here the Kundalini energy is based and lies like a sleeping snake. The kundalini energy refers to our spiritual potential. The will to survive, controls the survival instinct, the inner state of safety, self-confidence on a physical level, desire for material possessions, the chosen profession or job, the feeling of security, the belonging to a group and the group (family) identity.

Stimulating fragrances: Rosemary, Rose, Honey, Night Queen (an Indian flower), 

Gemstones and Crystals: Diamond, Pearl, Moon stone, Jasper, Citrine, Aventurine, Carnelian,
